Following the birth of his second daughter, Carmen Gabriella, on Friday August 23, actor Alec Baldwin was seen walking his dogs in New York City on Saturday (August 24). After walking his adorable dogs, Alec rushed back to the hospital to be with his wife Hilaria and their newborn daughter. Alec and his ex-wife Kim Basinger are already parents to 17-year-old daughter Ireland.
