Seven-time Tour de France winner Lance Armstrong and his girlfriend Anna Hansen announced the birth of his fifth child and her second, daughter Olivia Marie, on Twitter early today (October 18). “Olivia Marie Armstrong has arrived!” says the proud new dad, though no other details have been revealed as of yet.Olivia is the second child for the happy couple who welcomed their first child, Max, in 2009 and Lance has three children twin girls Isabelle, Grace, and son Luke with ex-wife Kristin Richard.
