Pretty Little Liars star Chad Lowe and his wife Kim Painter have welcomed their second child, a girl. The couple are already parents to daughter Mabel, 3. Chad took to twitter to announce the happy news, writing, “It’s a girl!!! And she’s as beautiful as her mommy (@ikimlowe) & big sister Mabel!! We are blessed!”
