Michelle Stafford welcomes a daughter

Young and the Restless star Michelle Stafford's 44 year old, biggest wish has finally come true after trying for three years to start a baby Michelle, has welcomed daughter Natalia Scout Lee Stafford on Monday at 11:23 p.m., her rep confirms exclusively to People.The baby – born via surrogate weighed 8 lbs., 3 oz. and measured 19 inches in length. "She is healthy, gorgeous, and amazing Michelle is out of her mind happy," the rep says in a statement.
