Reality television star Jenni "Jwoww" Farley and her fiance Roger Mathews welcomed their first child, a girl, Meilani Alexandra on Sunday July 13. The birth was announced by Roger via twitter: "She is here! Meilani Alexandra Mathews 7lbs 13 ounces. Words can’t describe what looking into your child’s eyes can do to you. Im Humbled.”
