Modern Family actress Ariel Winter was seen with her older sister and guardian, Shanelle Gray, as they enjoyed a snow cone at the farmer's market in Studio City, CA on Sunday (August 3). Shanelle's daughters, Skylar and Parker, and her husband David Bary Gray, were also seen with the sister duo.  Earlier this week, Ariel's mother, Chrisoula Workman, lost her bid to regain guardianship of Ariel. According to the court order, Chrystal 'presented no evidence that there were any changes or repair of damage to their relationship.' Ariel has lived with Shanelle since October 2012 after the Modern Family star accused her mother of being 'emotionally abusive.'
